Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after your payment is successful (weekends and statutory holidays will be postponed).

We will conduct order review, product quality inspection, and packaging for outbound shipment. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number.

Address modification and inability to deliver

Please ensure that your shipping address (including phone number) is completely correct. Phone numbers are crucial for international express clearance.

If you need to modify the address, please be sure to contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we will not be able to change the address.

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or unknown address, no one signing for it, or the recipient refusing to sign for it, the package will be returned to the shipping warehouse. If you need to resend, you will need to pay additional shipping fees.
